In my role as the Vice President of the Brookville Town Council, I am involved in every facet of managing the day-to-day operations of a town and its employees. This role involves duties such as negotiating real estate purchases, employee discipline, insurance renewals, conducting public meetings, hiring new employees, adjusting the employee handbook, and establishing new ordinances for the town among several other duties. As a Town Council member, I am frequently in contact with the local residents that I represent as well as the County officials in order to maintain specific relationships and or agreements between the Town of Brookville and the County.

In my role as Internal Sales Specialist, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the brokers who sell our products directly to the client. After presenting a proposal to the client I will frequently negotiate pricing/plan design with underwriting in order to fit the need of the group. I periodically travel to meet with the sales rep as well as the broker in order to understand and meet the changing needs/desires of the customer. In this role, I use several complicated Excel tools in order to leverage discounting discretion multi line offers.
