In the first year of working towards my Exercise Science degree at Colorado State University, I officiated various intramural sports and was soon promoted to a manager in the intramural sports program. I gained skills in managing large groups in dynamic and intense environments. I then obtained my ACE personal training certification and began training clients at the schools recreation center until graduating. I quickly realized I love helping people achieve their goals whether it be sports performance, weight loss, injury prevention, or general health and wellbeing.After graduating I started working at Bosse Sports Training where I have continued my love of movement and helping clients achieve goals. I was hired as the Lincoln-Sudbury Head 6th Grade Football Coach in 2021, continued with my team in 7th grade and will continue to coach them in 8th grade in 2023. I've found I have a great ability to connect with and help youth athletes grow, and I plan on continuing to coach youth athletes and help them develop as athletes and young adults.
