Also, connecting candidates with roles in marketing, finance, operations, human resources, customer service, business development and more.I work very closely with our hiring leaders to determine any voids on their teams to ask the right questions to prospective team members. I love learning about people to help determine what opportunities may be best fit their goals and skill set. Our Interns gain priceless, hands-on experience across a smorgasbord of fields and work in a super-fast-paced environment to impact the business daily. I love our internship program because of how hands on the experience is and passion displayed by our intern mentors.A few of my specialties include: closing, cold calling, communication skills, conflict management, customer relations, finance, hiring, leadership, interviewing, mentoring, needs analysis, organizational skills, problem solving, sales, telephone skills, and team building.Our team members love working at Rocket Companies because of our undeniably unique culture. Fall is my favorite time of year because we are back on campus building relationships and football season begins.
