1-Establish business relationships with customers at the trade shows in Hong Kong and Canton, and supply the best service to the customers. 2- Samples control. Calculate production and shipping cost as customer's samples, designs and patterns. Choose the best manufacturers to make samples and arrange the mass production. Track the quality and the production progress for samples, make sure the samples are shipped on time with no issues. 3-Price control. Calculating Price for foreign customers independently, and negotiate the price with factories. Prepare quote sheet for customers. 4-Sales contracts control. Develop and implement the sales contract between the customers and the manufacturers. Consult with the customers and the manufacturers to confirm the quality and shipping details under each contract. 5-Quality control. Track the Quality and the production progress for products under the each order. Ensure customer’s specific details for each product are met or exceeded.6-Daily operations. Construct and implement a daily working spreadsheet. Managing the working data with office software. Edit a vast array of the sample images. Construct a catalog for the customer of samples, and direct report to the Operations Director.
