I graduated from the University of Toulouse in 1982, where I obtained my first basic Law degree (equivalent to a JD), then from the University of Strasbourg where I obtained a Master of Industrial Property Laws.After my military service in the French Air Force, I moved to the United States where I obtained a Master of Comparative Law (MCL) from the Dickinson School of Law and, eventually a Master of Common Law (LLM) from the Georgetown University Law Center.I have been admitted to the Bar of Toulouse in 1992 and have been running for 15 years my own law firm, Cabinet Junca (http://www.cabinetjunca.com/)The practice of the firm is focused on intellectual Property protection and defense as well as negotiation of industrial and commercial agreements.I have personally advised my clients on major international aerospace contracts and numerous patent and trademark litigations.I have been teaching Industrial Property and Contracts for many years at the University of Toulouse (Master programs of Intellectual Property Laws and Business Laws), as well as at the Toulouse Business School (MBA Aerospace and Master of Management of Innovation and Technologies).
