I help business stakeholders at the Airport by delivering technology solutions to improve their operations and processes. I also manage the ServiceNow enterprise platform's roadmap and projects. Within the Information Technology and Telecommunications division, I have completed the following projects:•Lead and manage the ServiceNow platform by managing the project roadmap, maintaining compliance, achieving 90%+ health scores, and expanding enterprise use cases by deploying five new applications for new business stakeholders.•Project managed 2 San Francisco Combined Charities Campaigns for 60+ Departments, raising $2.3 million from 7,000 employees, achieved by transforming the donation process with an online application, strategic communication with stakeholders & leadership, and creating real time dashboards for key decision making.•Conduct business process analysis to implement technology solutions for stakeholders to improve operations around infrastructure, Accounting, and HR.•Mentor 3 team interns on communication, IT processes, and stakeholder engagement.•Delivered the deployment of the Airport’s Performance Management Dashboards to centralize and digitize key performance indicator reporting for senior staff.•Facilitated the virtualization of Commission meetings, Human Resources hiring, and Airport-wide events to ensure seamless continuity of business operations during “Shelter in place” orders.

With the City of Berkeley, I accomplished the following:•Managed the City’s Building Energy Saving Ordinance by assisting 200+ local residents and businesses achieve compliance, leading many building owners to perform energy upgrades and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.•Authored sea level rise sections of the City’s Local Hazard Mitigation Plan for FEMA compliance.•Created an informative map of the City’s energy usage by zip code using GIS and data analysis for the department’s residential energy report.

As a graduate intern at the Office of Planning and Research (OPR), my projects include the following:•Collaborated with local and state agencies to create case studies for the State’s Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Program (ICARP) clearinghouse.•Researched and reported out climate adaptation finance mechanisms, i.e. climate bonds, for the State’s ICARP Technical Advisory Council. •Managed an advisory project on biofuels for the Executive Director to collaborate with local leaders on sustainable energy development in Sumba Island, Indonesia.

The Center for Climate Systems Research (CCSR) is a part of NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies and The Earth Institute at Columbia University. At CCSR, I completed the following:•Collected and identified key indicators from multiple international climate action plans to tailor for New York City;•Communicated pertinent resilience metrics to the Indicators and Monitoring Systems group for the New York City Panel on Climate Change and the third assessment report;•Collaborated with the World Wildlife Fund to identify climate sensitivity thresholds of vulnerable species and ecosystems.
