-Responsible for exterior maintenance, boat repairs, supervising specialty repairmen, repairs and maintenance of two 27’ tenders, a 17’ tender and a 36’ Hinckley picnic boat-Leader in inventory control, boat supply orders, maintaining relationships with vendors and shipyards, and maintaining all safety equipment-Routine maintenance on outboard and diesel engines-Watch keeping, tender operation and line handling-Extensive travel up and down east coast, Bahamas and Caribbean-Front man for guest relations-Lead fishing guide during owner trips

-First Mate for all charters around New England-Line Handling, Navigation, Charting, tender operation-Assisted in development and start-up of Sail New England-Involved in the day to day operations for the sales and marketing of the crewed charter operations-Specifically responsible for the implementation of the operation’s web site, all promotional literature, electronic postings, and customer evaluations
