• Responsible for providing effective and efficient maintenance management of Utilities, Facilities infrastructural and building fabric, natural resources preservation, electrical site systems, energy consumption measurement, reduction and improvements• Play a lead role in the Maintenance Team and support the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians and Facilities services providers in the day-to-day management of the facilities resources and workload. • Manage day-to-day operations of onsite outsourced Facilities Team• Review service contracts to ensure site requirements are obtained to a high level of efficiency• Allocate and manage the facility space for maximum efficiency• Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations• Lead and support structured continuous improvement initiatives on GMP and non-GMP facilities and equipment• Ensure legal requirements and audit trails for external regulatory bodies• Implement, drive, and coordinate annual shutdown works schedules to meet business continuity and regulatory compliance measures • Lead fault analysis using investigation tools such as structured 5 Why, Premature Failure Analysis (PFAs), Route Cause Analysis (RCA), Change Control processes• Promote and lead a proactive safety culture• Ownership of site systems including troubleshooting, investigations of major breakdowns and technical improvement activities while meeting regulatory, quality and safety requirements. • Implement optimization projects on areas of responsibility • Technical Expert for areas of responsibility• Creation, implementation and maintenance of site SOPs to deliver optimal performance levels
