Manages the operations and maintenance of telecommunication sites in the region to ensure high network availability as set in performance targets and managed services SLA. Monitors and controls the activities of the managed services partners and takes corrective action as necessary.

1) Lead operation and maintenance of Telecommunications and ICT access and transport networks, including GUL (GSM, UMTS and LTE), FTTx (GPON), Ethernet, DSL, ADSL, ISDN, etc. Maintenance of Enterprise networks based on Internet Protocol(IP) and Multi Protocol Label Switching(MPLS) technologies and services.2) Designing and developing a maintenance schedule.
