I have joined LS Properties as their Director of Investment Origination. While LS may not be as well known as my former employer, they are an emerging power in the private equity real estate space. They currently hold over 80 Buildings, across 30+ Investments, totaling over 2,000,000 sf of primarily service retail and industrial real estate. You may have read about their acquisition of Pembina Crossing Shopping Centre earlier this year.As Director of Investment Origination, I will be taking a lead role in expanding the investor base as the portfolio grows. The past 25 years were focused on Business Banking and providing value added all-in business banking solutions that include business lending, depositing and cash management support to Winnipeg businesses. I am experienced in providing Operating Lines of Credit, Term Debt, Owner Occupied Mortgages, Merger & Acquisition Financing, and Forward Foreign Exchange Hedging Strategies. I was the in-branch lead in lending to the Health Care industry. I also worked actively with the following industries: Manufacturers, Contractors / Sub Contractors, Distributors, Wholesalers, and large Retail enterprises.Specialties: Day to day operating banking along with working capital and capital asset financing. Specialize in Operating Lines of Credit, Term Loans, Mortgages, and the like. Also well versed in interest rate swaps, foreign exchange hedging options and working with clients and prospects to improve their cash flow through various cash management alternatives.
