- Conduct Mill audits and product qualifications into company AVL- Support Sales in technical queries during RFQs- Support Purchasing on suppilers' quotation- Support Quality in technical aspect in specification clarifications and requirements- Handle customer rejections on product return- Prepare Manufacturing Process Plans for customer's approval- Review and approve suppilers' Manfacturing Process Plans- Work with suppliers on rejection claims and corrective actions

• Review customer specifications against material in stock • Handle and communicate with customers on quality and metallurgy issues• Liaise with Group purchasing team and mills for investigation and claim• Perform external and internal audits• Coordinate inspection with NDT and testing agencies• Supervise calibration activities • Supervise Incoming and Outgoing Inspection.• Support Safety Officer in assessing HSE risk assessment for QC/QA activities

• Supervise Incoming and Outgoing Inspection in the Construction Industry • Prepare company documentation for ISO 9001 implementation• Team leader for ISO Qualification for Planning, Warehouse and Purchasing Depts • Review drawings and update Inspection Sheets for ISO 9001 Qualification • In charged of the in process inspection for in-house production – stamping, welding, forging and painting• Conduct periodic audits for in-house and suppliers e.g. plating, welding, steel casting, Hot Dipped Galvanizing and forging etc• Troubleshooting, resolve failures and product quality related problems• In charged of Calibration system and perform First Article Inspection• Development of new product in area of material selection and inspection gages

• Supervise Immersion Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography and Fluorescent Penetration Inspection lines.• Review customers’ specification and prepare work instructions for the Aerospace Industry• Conduct periodic audits special processes for in-house and suppliers• Evaluate metallic microstructures in the MCL• Review periodic heat treatment survey charts and calibration • Resolve inspection equipment failures and product quality related problems• Participate in 6 Sigma work improvement projects• Improve existing inspection processes to have higher efficiency
