In addition to his role as General Counsel - International at GE Aviation, Eric also served as General Counsel for GE Additive, a new GE business that offered a full line of metal additive 3D manufacturing machines, materials and engineering solutions to customers in many industries, including aerospace, medical, automotive and luxury goods. In late 2016, GE made a $1.5B acquisition of two additive machine companies, Acram AB in Sweden, which remained a publicly traded company, and Concept Laser in Germany. Eric provided legal support for Arcam and Concept Laser, and led the integration of both businesses into GE Additive.

In this role, Eric was responsible for all legal issues outside of the United States. Eric led a global team of attorneys in Latin America, China, Singapore, India, Dubai, and throughout Europe.

Deputy General Counsel for a Legal Department of 250 attorneys and professionals. As Chief Compliance Officer, implemented compliance program for $20B Aviation business with ~40,000 employees.

General Counsel for $5B+ Commercial Engine Operation, Sales, and Supply Chain divisions. Supervised a network of generalist and specialist lawyers in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

General Counsel for $3B government business division. Primary responsibilities concerned federal and international government legal issues for GE.

Primary focus: US Government procurement counseling and litigation on behalf of Fortune 500 defense/aerospace, construction, telecommunications and small business contractors in the areas of preaward negotiation and formation of contracts, claims and disputes.
