Current1) Reviewed job files to confirm adherence with the Commission’s QMS Procedures for Request for Services. Performed checks to vet Proof of Legal Occupancy and conformance with the Commission’s established policies and guidelines in job estimation. Examined proposed system augmentations, to make the electricity supply available, to confirm cost-effectiveness and minimal business risk to the Commission.2) Appreciated the Commission’s internal Drawing Conventions and Electrical Schematic Symbols used for the development of as-built and proposed Distribution Network Diagrams. Can interpret; analyze; and amend existing Distribution Network Diagrams. Can create new Distribution Network Diagrams using field data obtained from independent site surveys.3) Conducted site visits to undertake preliminary surveys; explore design alternatives; and obtain / vet pertinent field data. Prepared as-built Distribution Network Diagrams with proposed design markups that adheres to the Commission’s established Engineering and HSE guidelines.4) Appreciated the Commission’s Procurement Management Systems and its related Procurement Procedures. Participated in the review of Request for Tender and Request for Quotation evaluations for non-compliances. Identified non-compliances; inconsistencies; and areas of ambiguity within the evaluations as required. Made meaningful recommendations for improvement for future evaluations as required.5) Prepared monthly Tenders and Contracts Committee Update Summaries for the General Manager.6) Participated in the preparation of memorandums; letters; and emails.7) Communicated daily with Executives; Managers; and Engineers to solicit information.8) Further improved time management; project management; leadership; and collaborative skills.
