Researched issues and drafted memos relating to banking, corporate, international, commercial, bankruptcy, tax, property, labor, employment, and intellectual property law. Reviewed bank holding company change of control forms, merger applications, and procurement agreements. Assisted in the supervision and regulatory process for member banks and bank holding companies under investigation. Conducted an equity payment analysis and a review of the Bank’s social media policy.
