I am the primary System Administrator for CardFlex. CardFlex is a mixture of Server 2008, Server2008R2 and 2012R2. They use Hyper-V for virtualization and several clusters for both virtual machines and application, like SQL instances. CardFlex also uses Network Load balancing, DFS, multiple subnets and clustered firewalls. We run several site to site VPN tunnels and keep our infrastructure up to PCI DSS 3.1 standards.

I assisted IT Operations in deploying and migrating Office 365 in hybrid mode from another hosted provider. In this migration we had to move all mail stores to PST's, then migrate them to O365. Insure that all users had up to date Office suites, and let up the Lync clients with voice integration. I continue to work for HSNO on a part-time basis while I get my new certifications and find a full-time position.

Provided consultation and contractor services for HSNO to assist their IT with engineering tasks. This included repairing and restoring a Dell 28 series 2U server with 2 failed raid drives. I also setup their helpdesk portal and located based monitoring.
