With over two years of experience in technical support, I have developed strong skills in pattern recognition, problem solving, and interpersonal communication. I worked as technical support at EDS, where we provided assistance to Bank of America customers and employees, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also contributed to the improvement of the support processes and systems, enabling faster and more efficient service delivery. Currently I am pursuing a junior IT analyst certification from NPower Canada, where I will be gaining knowledge and skills in data analysis, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
