• Manage product categories in video game hardware, accessories, and consumer electronics. • Strong emphasis on forecasting inventory, establishing vendor support, and negotiating price • Focus on weeks of supply, turn rate, and aged inventory • Manage the category metrics to maximize revenue and margin

• Effectively manage the supply chain for all product • Establish new and maintain existing sources of inventory• Meet regularly with vendors to build assortments, negotiate prices, develop promotions, and establish new partnerships• Negotiate material costs, payments terms, shipping costs, and anything else needed in the procurement process• Identify market trends by being involved in trade-shows, conferences, and all industry related functions

• Search for new business by targeting a market or industry• Managing the relationship to make sure we are the “one stop shop” for IT and AV • Working with high level executives to determine their technology goals • Communicate clear updates with the business on their technology project• Strategize with manager on how to penetrate an account or market segment• Implement and review the technology roll outs and replicate with other locations

• Cold Calling- Inside/Outside average of 110 activities a week• 60 mile radius territory encompassing 1000+ potential businesses • Blackberry and CRM used for account management • Heavy emphasis on new business and lead generation • Managed entire sales process i.e. appointment setting, closing, customer service
