• Provide administrative assistance/customer service in the Corporate Headquarters of a world- renown dialysis company. Provide direct support to Supervisor of Corporate Services. • Answer six lines of simultaneous incoming calls per day, averaging over 100 calls per day. Maintain and organize databases of multiple Corporate directories. • Create and maintain switchboard operator reference guide materials/records. Prepare manuals for department staff. Log essential data in purchase order history spreadsheets. • Compile research and prepare reports for Supervisor. Assist in the completion of expense reports.
