Door onze initiatieven en het merk TOP Oss willen we mensen verbinden en in beweging krijgen. Want in beweging zijn en meedoen draagt direct bij aan de fysieke en mentale gezondheid van iedereen in Oss en omgeving.Het bestuur van de TOP Oss Foundation vindt dat iedereen mee moet kunnen doen in onze samenleving. Via voetbal dragen wij ons steentje bij aan inclusie en kansengelijkheid in Oss en omgeving. We willen maatschappelijk impact maken en een glimlach op het gezicht toveren van mensen die dat nodig hebben.

The European Para Championships is a multisport event. It will be staged every four years and will always be hosted by a major European city in the year preceding the Paralympic Games. In 2023, the European Championships of ten different parasports will be organized simultaneously in one host city, for the very first time. The inaugural edition will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands from Tuesday 8 to Sunday 20 August 2023. At the event, 1,500 Paralympic athletes from forty-five different European countries will compete to become European Champions.

Team TOC organises and produces national and international sports events. We do this on our own initiative, but also on behalf of sports associations, governments and the business community. By combining the knowledge and strengths of our team with an extensive network, we have been a reliable player in the sports world for 25 years.Eric has won his spurs in the area of facilities organisation and management, in particular for the Dutch and Belgian team during the Davis Cup matches, the 1998 UCI Road World Championships in Valkenburg, the Tour de France stage through Valkenburg in 2006 and Putte in 2010, the ATP Heineken Trophy in Rosmalen, Euro 2000 and various big events in the Indoor Sports Centre in Eindhoven such as the Brandstaff Dart Masters, the AFAS Tennis Classics (ATP Champions Tour), various World Volleyball Leagues and the ITTF Table Tennis European Championships and World Championships. His work mainly relates to the coordinating of the complete construction and completion of large-scale events in respect of which purchase and planning are important spearheads.In 2012 and 2013 Eric was hired by the UCI to manage all partner obligations during the 2012 and 2013 UCI Road World Championships.2014 was a busy year with the 2014 UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships in Hoogerheide, the 2014 UCI BMX World Championships in the Ahoy arena in Rotterdam and the 2014 UCI Road World Championships in Ponferrada Spain. In 2015 his company managed the 2015 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in Apeldoorn, a last minute Event directorship during the 2015 UCI Junior Track World Championships in Astana (KAZ) and for Red Bull the new developed cycling concept Kop over Kop.In 2019, Eric was tournament director at the 2019 World (Para) Archery Championships and the 2019 UCI Para-cycling Road and Track World Championships and is owner of the Curaçao Tennis Legends.
