• Book Enterprises is a wholesale distributor of close-out merchandise, with a focus in book and book related product. The company currently does $9MM in annualized sales, predominately from wholesale operations however also has a significant online-retail presence, where they ship 600-800 orders daily. Current responsibilities at Book Enterprises include managing the entire sales process as the catalyst for all sales and oversight of warehouse operations.• As Vice President of Sales—manage day to day sales process of two sales people and three additional support staff from prospecting to order fulfillment. Duties include establishing a sales culture and process, bringing our inventory to market with regard to both sales approach and customer selectivity. Other duties include deal negotiation, setting pricing strategies and personnel management. Additionally, maintained business to business relationships with highest profile accounts which contributed to more than half the total wholesale revenue for the company.
