I have been in the heavy industrial construction field since 2000 starting off as an Apprentice I have progressed through the levels of responsibility to a senior superintendent/ estimator for Paramount Millwright Services. Some of the things I have learned along the way include communication skills. Employee relations, because a team gets things done faster and better. Project estimation, a realistic idea of how long and how much is vital to a profitable project. Most of all problem mitigation,. Because problems happen weather its nature or manmade. Something will come up, looking ahead and foreseeing it is best but some times you cant. So I have learned to stay calm and work the problem out. There is always a solution.
