Financial/Managerial Reporting• Directly report to CFO and headquarters in Germany for various financial and managerial reports. Ad hoc reports are often prepared as requested.• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts• Manage accruals and provisions• Revaluate foreign currency transactions for month-end closing• Reconcile intercompany transactions for consolidated statementsTax Accounting• Prepare and report BAS, FBT, and Withholding tax to ATO• Conduct internal audit for GST treatment across companies in group• Reconcile tax related accounts in the system• Provide reports to ATO as requested liaise with external auditorsFinancial Analysis• Exercise variance analysis for evaluation of profitability compared to budget• Ad hoc analysis requested by CFO and group finance teamCredit Control• Liaise with external insurance company for credit risk management• Review credit limit application from customers and apply to insurance company• Exercise detailed analysis for both current and potential risks• Calculate premiums for insurance usage• Prepare risk management report to headquarters• Provide financial analysis to insurance company as requestedTreasury• Prepare cash flow forecast and manage fund to maximise cash effects• Liaise with external factor for factoring management• Manage foreign currencies and hedges for international transactionsPayment Management• Manage and authorise payments liaise with accounts payable officer• Calculate and authorise commissions and rebates• Review and authorise employee expenses• Complete creditors aging report and review creditors accounts
