Can provide trouble shooting for concrete, soils, asphalt. I am going out on a limb here, but I am a firm believer that one bad technician makes everyone in our niche of the industry look bad. Although to some what we do may seem silly, we are an important link in the team to assure that work is being done per specifications, and material is up to snuff (concrete strength, soil or asphalt compaction) We as technicians have standards to follow and must follow them strictly to report honest accurate results, and be practical with offering solutions to problems in the field (under an engineers supervision). And not be arrogant in doing our job.
