EA Games Data Governance Manager with a layer of soft skills developed through years of active-duty experience. I learned to lead, take action, and deal with ambiguous requirements in the military. I didn’t realize how important these are within the civilian realm. Being able to rapidly adapt to new environments, understand needs, and solve requirements is at the center of what military members do.I have a passion for continual improvement and learning. Data Governance & Product Management is something I’ve grown to love. There are so many facets to creating a great product. My interpersonal skills have allowed me to quickly understand the many user stories and pain points within Blizzard and EA's data ecosystems. My research and analytical skills have helped me develop strategies and roadmaps to solve those user stories and pain points.My creative skills have allowed me to mind-map and visualize what the product should solve and resemble for user journeys.My leadership has allowed me to deliver a clear vision and mission to the team that everyone can get behind to create and deliver products.My thirst for self-improvement has also led me to found a start-up non-profit. This has allowed me to hone my skills and learn even more in the product realm.Everything from CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Content Creation, Marketing, UX/UI, Spec Writing, Mind-Mapping, Business Requirements, Accounting, Budgeting, Cost Analysis, SCRUM ceremonies, the list goes on and on. In a start-up, you do it all.It has also allowed me to use Blizzard’s tools and decide on tooling myself for my non-profit. I’ve grown proficient in JIRA, Asana, Trello, Miro, Lucid, Confluence, Slack, Azure, GitHub, Kibana, Grafana, Figma, Adobe Premier, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Air Table, Microsoft Suite of Office Tools…the list goes on.
