Some of the types of programs I support are: Title V air permits, stormwater, hazardous waste (including LQG and onsite treatment requirements), greenhouse gases, spill prevention, and site remediation. I meet with regulatory agencies to resolve compliance issues. To the best extent possible, I work to shape upcoming regulations to our benefit, and analyze those regulations for their impact on our operations with the ultimate goal of compliance with the final regulation.

Deputy Director of Future Operations for Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa. Directed the movement and maneuver of 1500 personnel of subordinate units for a two-star General staff in support of regional stability and protection of US personnel and interests. Significant accomplishments include ensuring the peaceful transition of power in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, humanitarian aid to Mozambique in the aftermath of Typhoon Idai, and the safety of US Embassy personnel during insecurity in the Sudan and the Central African Republic.
