As the pool grill manager, I direct and lead my team to perform Oakmont Country Club's legendary service. Teamwork is key at Oakmont Country Club, and through my staff's hard work and dedication, service at the oakmont pool grill has never been better. Food safety is the number one concern for the club. Working with kitchen staff and the executive chef of Oakmont Country Club, proper preventative measures were always taken to provide the best food experience for the membership. As a bartender at Oakmont Country Club, I would bartender special events throughout the club, as well as bar tend behind the club's main bar. The job involves knowledge of various wines from around the world, as well as the proper way to present the wines to club members when desired.
