I manage three Programmer Analysts On a daily basis, I am coordinating with the other departments withing the organization (Billing, Collections, Reporting, etc.) to manage the support of their functions. I am also prioritizing new development of applications as well as database management. Our organization is responsible for processing revenues in excess of 9 billion dollars yearly, and our function in IT is to provide support to identify and correct issues that impede that flow.

Responsible for loading and processing the data feeds we get in from our customers (health plans), and sending the appropriately identified diseased members to our call centers so that can be managed by the clinicians. My role was vital to the success of our company.

I began as a report writer, creating and maintaining most of the reports we provided for our customers. I then began maintaining and building the web pages our customers used to access their client and billing data.
