I worked mainly with JavaFX, Scenebuilder with some CSS styling. In addition, this was a continuation of a video player that is currently in production for universities and colleges.

▪ Performed research on technologies that could be used in the space industry such as software defined radio and cognitive radio.▪ Calculated link budgets for existing and future satellite missions and presented findings to clients.▪ Assisted development on a prototype for a wearable device.I worked at Comsat Architects as a co-op student for my second and third co-ops. My focuses included software development with ns-3, which is an open-source discrete-event network simulation tool, trade studies for NASA. I also contributed on internal development projects.

The majority of my work consisted of working in Java to help create software needed for the company. For the first part of the summer, I created an admin tool for a client and explained the tool to the them. Afterwards, most of my work was on the development of a video player meant for massively open online courses (MOOCs).

During my last year at Cedar Point I was promoted to a Team Leader at the Resort Gate. In addition to my normal duties of selling and taking park tickets, I also conducted cash-outs, attended morning meetings, handled guest service issues, and other minor administrative duties.

I started working at Cedar Point as a seasonal employee working the gates of the park taking tickets. Other duties include cleaning prior to the park opening, providing information to guests, and selling of tickets.

Prior to beginning my summers at Cedar Point I started out working Halloweekends as a Screamster, inflicting general fear, terror, and dread to park guests. The areas I haunted were Eerie Estates (a traditional haunted house) and Cornstalkers (an outdoor linear path featuring scarecrows, cornhusks, etc.) I won best duo during the third weekend.
