In this position I supported the operations for multiple projects from customers at ATT, ADT, and Brinks home security. Daily tasks included technician routing, customer support, invoicing, record keeping, and travel booking.

As a lead technician I was responsible for completing daily repair tickets for customers. I also insured quality controls were being adhered to in my region. I utilized routing software to insure technicians were being utilized efficiently. I designed and implemented a national training program for the launch of our operations as an ADT Security service provider.
