Manage the Engineering team at OnlySky. We maintain and build the best e-commerce platform for the outdoor industry by making data-driven decisions and writing quality code.- Work closely with our product department to plan and implement solutions for our partners.- Address technical debt by ensuring code for all of our projects is written in a readable and extensible form, with automated tests to cover functionality.- Oversee our infrastructure and devops, scale our app for changes in traffic from the company's growth and the seasonal nature of our partner's businesses.- Work with engineers on the team to share best practices and help them deliver their best work.
