Achieve “World Class” 92% Overall Equipment Efficiency of two milling units.• Manage on the run upgrade of cleaning house with no operation or quality issues during project.• Develop, train, and mentor Associate Head Millers to be desirable candidates for future positions.• Develop and manage implementation of over $1 million of yearly plant capital projects• Schedule production of facility based on customer orders and demands• Ensure safe production of all products by holding operators to strict GMPs• Drive the safety culture at facility to ensure employee safety.• Drive pristine culture of facility to have extremely high level of sanitation.• Lead team to highest A++ BRC rating on yearly food safety audit.• Assist in other facilities to implement new procedures and train employees.

• Manage daily operation at four unit, 22,000cwt/day union facility.• Lead team of 16 mill operators and sanitation operators to ensure safe production of whole wheat and white flour products.• Implement new Mill Production Database on the floor level to track efficiency, yield and downtime of 4 milling units.

• Manage all operations from elevator, milling, maintenance, EHS, and bulk truck and rail loading at 7,200cwt/day pre-1900 facility.• Implement and maintain new maintenance program to track work orders and MRO parts inventory.• Help implement SAP system to track all facets of facility; production, inventory and purchasing

• Train and perform all hourly production job roles in facility and performed as needed.• Assist in installation and analysis of new milling process at Sherman facility• Develop and implement sifter maintenance program to track maintenance, and record all sifter flows in facility.• Develop program to track daily wheat and compare to elevator inventory to monitor and track movement of grain from receiving to milling process.• Perform basic mill maintenance such as changing rolls, working sifters, sanitation, and changing filter socks.
