• Arraign and engage in plea negotiations with defense counsel for indicted cases ending in plea agreements or trial for multiple divisions, including: Trial Division, Special Victims Unit, Early Disposition, and Juvenile• Interview and prepare all witnesses, victims, and law enforcement personnel for trials and motions; including sensitive contact with victims who have undergone sexual crimes and violence • Research, draft, question witnesses and argue motions regarding: suppression of physical evidence, Wade Hearings regarding identification, Admissibility of Statements, severance, dismissing indictments• Sentence arguments regarding defendants using effective reason and judgement• Present cases to the Grand Jury• Manage the county’s gun permit program; approve or deny permits to carry firearms for Hudson County, and represent the State regarding local municipalities’ denial of permits to carry firearms and firearm identification cards • Routinely manage on-call prosecutor shift; working directly with local police departments regarding charging questions, drafting search warrants and Computer Data Warrants• Mange post-conviction relief cases, inclusive of briefs, evidentiary hearings, and argument• Manage municipal appeals and direct appeals, inclusive of briefs, testimony, and argument before the Appellate Division • Manage the excessive sentence calendar• Attended a four day Finding Words course which focused on forensic interviews conducted for child sex victims

• Ensured the company was compliant with state and federal alcohol distribution laws and regulations• Drafted demand letters for overdue invoices• Negotiated and drafted contracts and agreements on behalf of the company
