Senior Vice President Asset Manager
CurrentHands on management of a portfolio consisting of 854 single-family housing projects located in Colorado, Nevada, Arizona and Texas and a land development portfolio of master plan communities consisting of 8,443 lots and 360 acre commercial site located in California, Arizona and Texas.● Ongoing evaluation of the portfolio to ensure that projects are meeting their business plan goals and the loan project level loan is within compliance.● Seek opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce expenses with a strategic outlook ensuring that current decision benefits future operations and financial projections. ● Mentoring two assistant asset managers, providing a program on how to asset manage a single-family housing projects.● Serve as liaison between the private equity investor, institutional investors, lenders and joint venture partners. Provided status updates on project level information.● Generate quarterly status reports which provides a project status narrative, schedules with updated profit margins, multiple, IRR and additional information to various level of leadership.● Work directly with joint venture partners, providing direction to ensure that the business plan is met. This entails approving operating budgets and marketing strategies.● Regular site visits to review construction operations and site development. In addition visit the competition and become a market expert for that location.● Collaborated with internal and external accounting to coordinate financial accounting reporting for the investor
