Interior Design and Business Development

Primary focus on corporate and healthcare design from schematic design through implementation. Responsibilities include proposal writing, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, FF&E, CA and building strong client relationships.

Provide design assistance to estate architect for a private resident. Multiple projects from installation of a commercial kitchen, home theater, dock, bulkhead renovation, and guest house renovation.

Project management for a major local bank involving budgeting, coordination of vendors and sub-contractors, and project close out of department modifications and major moves within the company.

Provided corporate and tenant planning and design on multiple projects ranging from a few thousand square feet to full floor and multiple floor tenants.

Independent consultant to a major software company providing planning, interior design, construction documentation, and CA for over 1 million square feet of corporate offices including several cafeterias.

Corporate interiors lead for tenant planning services. Developed business plan for providing tenant planning services which was submitted and approved by principals. Successfully lead marketing efforts for projects building relationships with brokers and developers, managed staff, and produced plans and designs for tenant projects awarded to us. Tenants included corporate offices, software developers, and science and technology developers.
