I joined Victory Securities (Holdings) Company Limited ("Victory") in December 2018 and was appointed as the chief financial officer of Victory since 18 March 2019. I have over 18 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate governance and corporate finance. My career commenced at the audit and assurance department of an international audit firm, and later served key managerial roles in the finance department in several companies listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. I hold a degree in accountancy and a master degree in corporate governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of certified public accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
