Fortunate enough to have had a performance career as a symphonic violist and leader of the viola sections of two major orchestras overseas, I've returned to the United States to teach in a University school of music and help train musicians to be string performers, teachers, researchers, scholars, therapists, recording engineers, arts managers, music business experts, and great people. We offer many varied opportunities for entering the musical profession. Come check us out at the Hayes School of Music on the campus of Appalachian State University in Boone, North Caroline! We're part of the University of North Carolina system, and we work on the most beautiful of the campuses.
