As the Executive Chef of Monteverde, I was responsible for the complete execution of 25+ high level weddings annually. I built and trained an elite team both FOH and BOH, managed a budget of $1million+ annually and delivered on weddings of the highest quality. Additionally in this role, we developed and opened successful pop up restaurant and delivery food ventures.

At the start of Covid, I lead a group of chefs and community leaders into action. We were responsible for providing over 70,000 meals to the community as well as raising and donating over $150,000 to local food initiatives. This ongoing project is now evolving into regular community feeding work.
