- Responsible for 79 vendors that consisted of $135 million in company liabilities a year- Analyzed assigned vendor accounts to identify trends and work to resolve and prevent recurring issues- Partnered with vendors, merchants, logistics, distribution centers, inventory control, compliance, entitlements and stores to resolve invoice discrepancies such as pricing, shortages, returns, compliance and entitlement deductions- Reviewed statements monthly to account for outstanding financial liabilities, past due invoices, missing invoices and unused credits
