My current position as a Construction Inspector Facilitator, requires me to be in the field, and office. I I coordinate/oversee CIP projects for the Authority. I handle all data entry using all microsoft office programs, and ProCore software. I review contracts, drawings, invoices, delay claims and prepare scope of work. When in the field I act as supervisory/inspector/QA, while my projects are taking place. Also I act as a liaison between contractor, and mass transit authority WMATA. I enjoy meeting new people and building a trusting relationship.

  Facilitate and coordinate work between WMATA personnel, and contractors. I handle a team of inspectors who document on a daily basis, and I then upload to spreadsheets. Also I as well inspect when need be, if a further inspection is required. I write safety procedure for the contractors to abide by, when working on Metro property. I help with contracts if it involves field knowledge. I also was responsible for field supervision/inspection of Truncated Fiberglass Tiles that were installed on the platform edge of above ground stations. This was ADA mandated that WMATA had to be compliant with, so height tolerance of the tiles needed to pass ADA inspection. I'm currently in charge of, field supervision, coordination, meetings, and documenting Rail To Earth testing of mainline stray current. Working with independent contractor to test over 117 miles of railroad, to help reduce stray current corrosion problems to the system. .
