Served as the focal point for information flow between higher headquarters and subordinate units.- Updated standard operating procedures within the unit by streamlining information distribution, standardizing unit templates and products, and updating policies and procedures to utilize more current information resulting in more timely and accurate reports and clearer understanding within the unit.- Established training priorities and led a team of five employees in planning and resourcing operations for a Basic Training Unit producing over 2,500 certified military engineers over 13 training cycles yearly- Planned and coordinated synchronized holiday leave departure operations for 1,500 personnel traveling by air, bus, and automobile resulting in 100% accountability and all personnel departing on time and to the correct destination.- Managed the unit budget for all social events throughout the year and planned fundraisers and military family days bolstering engagement with the community and educating the community on military engineering capabilities.

I managed the maintenance, operation, and resourcing for a 158 soldier Brigade Headquarters Company with over 100 pieces of equipment and vehicles valued at over $35M.- Led adjacent units in readiness rating by maintaining rating of over 90% and exceeding the Brigade standard.- Resourced and supervised all logistics for training exercises allowing the unit to successfully certify in preparation for upcoming deployment to Kuwait.- Coordinated movement of all personnel and equipment from home station to Kuwait resulting in all equipment arriving on time, in the right location, and in good condition.
