Following a change in Ownership, managed the change in organizational philosophy and operation from being an in-house service provider to one primarily employing contract services. Bid and negotiated multiple labor service contracts. Coordinated the booking, planning and financial settlement for over 100 events involving 1M guests. Directed multiple construction projects including the expansion of the Owner’s Suite and Founders’ Club; various arena, locker room and office area renovations; and installation of a new state-of-the-art instant replay scoreboard.

Managed the in-house ushering, parking and security staffs (250 employees); responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and supervision.Coordinated contract services for event security; parking lot snowplowing/removal; cleaning, maintenance and traffic management.Planned and coordinated up to 200 events annually involving up to 1.85M guests.Assisted with the planning and management of the ongoing facility improvement program including construction of 20 private suites, private club remodeling, concession stand remodeling and parking lot renovations.Represented the company interests during the design and redevelopment of the Highway 77 and I-494 interchange to improve access to and egress from the Met Center and the future Mall of America.Prepared operational income/expense and capital budgets for building, parking and security services. Developed monthly financial variance reports and forecasts. Analyzed forecasts and implemented action plans to achieve targeted goals.
