As Program Manager, I am responsible for overseeing 200+ continuous Product Development projects through a multi-phase process. As CAD Administrator, I was responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for CAD and PDM applications, creating the supporting processes/procedures for these applications, and developing training to support existing and new engineering personnel. In addition, I am responsible for planning and maintaining the annual budget for engineering software. I lead the CAD User Group for developing best practices and solving user issues regarding CAD and PDM. As a Sr. Business Analyst, I was responsible for engaging business units to elicit and document requirements for all size projects. This required excellent communication skills to work in conjunction with Systems Analysts to develop business requirements into technical requirements. I also owned the customer relationship with 9 separate engineering groups which requires knowledge of emerging technology, introduction of new software, and assisting with budget planning. I worked to improve existing processes within engineering in order to ensure the correct tools were in place to efficiently complete their tasks. I was the only Business Analyst assigned to support Oshkosh Defense program Technical Data Package (TDP) creation and delivery.

As a Sr. Systems Analyst, I was a SmarTeam and CATIA administrator responsible for user administration and break/fix resolution. I also was the Change Control coordinator for the engineering environments and Training Coordinator in charge of delivering training needs for engineering software. Some of the tasks assigned to me included testing hardware and software enhancements, testing system security patches, working with our CAD/PLM VAR to resolve software issues, supporting specialty user groups within engineering, and providing project support.

As Principle Support Analyst, I was responsible for on-the-job user support for approximately 325 users of CATIA V5R20 and approximately 1000 SmarTeam V5R20 users. I also supported user groups such as Mechanical CATIA Users, FEA CATIA Users, CATIA Kinematics, and other engineering applications. I also supported the creation and maintenance of engineering and CAD procedures.

Snow Removal Engineering

While Engineering Data Management Specialist II, I was responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Snow Removal Engineering product structure trees within our PLM system. I also provided CATIA and SmarTeam support to our engineering group, provided basic training, and represented Snow Removal Engineering in the Mechanical CATIA and Description Team user groups. I was also involved with new and sustaining design projects such as the H-Series On-Highway Blower.

As CAD Systems Administrator, I created and maintained the Solidworks design environment for the Mechanical Engineering department. This included developing templates, catalogs, procedures, best practices, training, integration with other software, and on-the-job support of the design software. I also worked with management to develop an engineering change procedure. As Administrator, I also negotiated the service contract and software package with our software reseller.
