I provided service to HealthSource as a storeroom clerk during my summer and winter breaks from school. As a storeroom clerk, I was responsible for maintaining the stock of medical supplies throughout the entire hospital. I was also responsible for delivering different medical equipment to patient rooms as needed. This equipment included: wheelchairs, nebulizers, IV and food pumps, sequential compression devices, etc. Most importantly, it allowed me to work and interact with a diverse group of patients and medical staff, so that I got hands-on experience in the medical field.
