• Microsoft Teams Call Queue Management- Create workflow for Microsoft Call Queue Tasks, providing services for over 600 nodes throughout the company- Enhancement Microsoft Teams workflow in ServiceNow, work closely with ServiceNow team to update/optimize workflow and work closely with Arch Network/Voice team to test for prove functionality works- Track, approve, assign tasks to the Global Voice POC in each region (AMR/EMEA/APA)• International Tier 3 Voice Operations/Deployment- Supporting daily Cisco Telephony/UC operations (3rd Level support)- Administration & management of the worldwide telephony system- Integrating MS Teams with Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN)- Experience and understanding of Session Border Controller (SBC) Ribbon 1k/2k/5k - Administration of CUCM, UCCX, Cisco ISR4k, ESXi servers
