• Utilized industry experience and strong relationships to provide support for all assigned clients by proactively addressing client needs and acting as the voice of the client. • Lead and coordinate client requests ensuring support processes are followed, work is defined, prioritized and scheduled. • Collaborate with appropriate internal teams to resolve issues ensuring prompt resolution and categorize customer requests for support/product enhancement and custom software development.

• Assess and identify client needs and expectations• Respond to client inquiries for information, problem resolution, and reports.• Maintain routine contact with assigned clients to ensure appropriate information is provided for the specific needs of each client. Proactively identify, research, and provide solutions for client’s needs. • Communicate regularly with clients and management to understand project/task requirements.
