Monitoring and reporting activities conducted.3. Assesses training needs/community needs4. Conducts regular field visits to follow up and provide support as needed5. Organize information meetings and supervise group formations (Forming groups in the community)6. Key responsibilities  Formed groups in the community and give the loan to those groups and facilitate the loan recovery process from those groups. Facilitated my transport, I was given a motorbike or vehicles because I had my driving license which allows me to drive both motorbike and vehicles in Rwanda.
