•Develop and maintain 12 months rolling production forecast for PC Kenya SKUs. Analyze and communicate deviations from annual production plans.•Derive safety stock levels for responsible SKUs and maintain data in MRP template.•Consolidate the export countries net demand for PC Kenya products and include them in the PC MRP run.•Prepare monthly production plans split into weeks and align the same with production shift leaders for actualization.•Execute the raw & pack supply plan in line with firmed prices and ensure sufficient stocks are available for production one week prior to the production week..•Ensure compliance to regulatory & procurement requirements.•Manage the import documentation process and ensure all required documents are provided to the relevant authorities in good time.•Track and provide on a monthly basis the SIT stock status to supply chain controlling.•Identify and communicate any supply bottle necks three months prior & actively provide alternative solutions.•Actively manage and communicate the phase out phase in process to attain minimal left over write off costs and communicate on time the left over costs for approval by the management team.•Monitor daily reports shelf-life report to ensure that the FEFO procedure is implemented • In liaison with the Quality team Conduct regular audits to ascertain that batch traceability is affected in the PC.•Monitor and ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe manner. Track and report unsafe behaviors.•Monitor inventory movement between the warehouse locations and the PC locations to ensure all errors are resolved OTIF. •Ensure that materials are segregated in the warehouse with clear marking in line with their storage conditions. •Conduct regular stock cycle counts and work with the PC manager to ensure that all variances are investigated andclosed on a regular basis.

Oversee SAP ECC6 transactions in relations to the department, and give approvals of the same at different levels. (From MRP, Purchasing (LPOs), Inventory Management, PP demand management. Also vast in:-• Production planning.• Master data in Production planning.• Quality management.• Plant Maintenance Management. • Production module execution.• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization. • Supervise the entire products manufacturing processes and recommend methods for improving utilization of utilities, Personnel, Raw and Pack materials on the production floor.• Present estimate production costs, cost saving methods and the effects of product design changes on expenditure for management review, action, and control during monthly management meetings.• A well understanding of man Ex principles and applying them on my daily challenges I face in supply chain. • Identify and analyze maintenance deficiencies encountered, ensuring that breakdown are resolved in a structural manner to ensure reoccurrence is completely eliminated, systematic fault finding and repair of mechanical equipment’s.• Servicing and inspection of all machines heat exchangers Servicing and maintaining of both pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, body shafts ad mandrels shafts, gear boxes and inspection, air valves, pulley alignment and chains.• Diagnosis malfunctioning apparatus, such as different kinds of hydraulic valves, cylinders, hydraulic motors, using suitable tools and replace/repair faulty equipment as required using standard and maintaining spare of running machines.• Carrying out repairs and upgrade of hydraulic equipment with preventive and predictive maintenance being the integral part of the role.• Installation, troubleshooting and operation of mechanical machines involving tube mills, hydro testers, end facing machines, threading machines, wire drawing machines and air compressors.• Carrying out plant corrective, scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance or services such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting equipment and troubleshooting.• Work with maintenance team leader in ensuring that spare parts are documented and new ones ordered on need basis.
