About Eric L

Eric Liu started his Kongfu training from the age of 14. From his practices he gradually became passionate about blending excellent physical conditioning with mental health to obtain total fitness. In recent years, he shifted the focus to internal martial art and some traditional Chinese culture like Daoism and Yi Ching. This desire was enough to make him give up his previous job as a translator to spread Tai Chi and its related culture.
