I am an experienced educator with over 13 years of service in various roles within the education sector. My career spans positions including Classroom Support Staff, Special Education Teacher, District Administrator, and currently, High School Learning Support Instructor. I have six years of leadership experience as a Director of Student Services and Special Education, where I developed and implemented strategies that significantly contributed to the growth and success of the school districts I served.Prior to my administrative roles, I taught in diverse settings, including Middle School Learning Support, High School Emotional Support, and as an Elementary and Middle School Teacher in a Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. Early in my career, I gained valuable experience as a district-wide substitute teacher and autistic support paraprofessional.Currently, I am honored to return to the classroom as a High School Learning Support Teacher at Commonwealth Charter Academy, where I find joy and fulfillment in working directly with students once again. My professional journey has been marked by strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to fostering educational excellence and student success.
