About Eric Pittman

I approach leadership, management, and people, the same way. To work in a service industry, one must first be willing to serve. There are many theories of leadership, and I have been told I am an adaptive leader, however, my leadership foundations are rooted in servant leadership teachings and modeling. I serve my teams, my clients, and my organizations. My strengths are in building trust and high functioning teams. I work through siloes to understand the needs of all stakeholders and help them to be successful. In doing so, all of us are successful. My role is to remove obstacles and empower teams to realize their full potential. It is part mentor, part coach, part leader, but mostly servant.I also serve with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a Unit Leader, District Leader, Council Leader and Training Leader. How can I be of service to you?
